Quote:"By the Sovereign Will of His Majesty, Lucion C. Fair, and Queen-Consort Calanthe F. Caewynn, House Grymlok is herein by granted refreshed Royal Charter of Exploration and Commerce. In accordance with this charter, the House is expected to do as bebeodan:
Chart the minted Maritime Passage through the newly-discovered Archipelago and the treacherous currents of Strait of Whispering Winds, securing safe navigation for all vessels of the Dominion.
Establish a secure corridor across the Scarlet Plains to the distant market city of Vespera on the even more distant continent of Aurelia (forging diplomatic accords with the Council of the Sun-Spire).
Neutralize the threats posed by the Storm-Wraiths of the Gloom-Mire and the pirate confederation known as the Black-Kite Brotherhood so as to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods and travelers.
Construct Waystations at Harbor/Eclipse/Twin-Spire Outposts (providing refuge, resupply, and protection for merchants and envoys alike).
The noble House Grymlok shall pioneer an International Trade Corridor with this solemn right and purpose. If it succeeds, Caethir shall be ushered into an era of unprecedented prosperity, wealth, and cultural exchange for the people he rides for - and perhaps its allied realms...
May the seas be calm, the winds favorable, and the trade ever flourishing under the banner of Caethir."

Old documentation pertaining to one venture from the late House Ackerman appears beneath piles of parchment, its emblem situated in emerald and white. Stacks left untouched since Caethir's conception were being organized by personal staff attending the castle-keep's offices. This order came through the Crowns, which sought to clean its interiors, and in turn, an ancient charter was placed within the King and Queen-Consort's hands for review. Farmlands continuously produce bounties, providing an avenue for their expansion.
They both acknowledge that pursuing this venture will deliver several boons for the kingdom: new routes within foreign networks, with financial gain for infrastructure and future projects. It might not be the easiest task given its context; but a revised charter was slated for pursuit. Not only would they be sending those well-versed in parley, such as Knight Lionheart, but also anyone who can battle creatures lurking amongst both waves and unprecedented territories.
However, whatever risks are dutifully accepted for Caethiri success, even for something as simple as establishing commerce-- at any cost, right?
