From the Empire hidden within mist, a caravan with people numbering in the thousands emerge. Ruby banners march and the wings of Phoenix tapestry flutter. They set towards Lingxue, and its home of Stonehaven for the long missed prince, and promised heir.

Doors open from cultivation, marked by an announcement from the Daimyo Mitsumo Kawasaki Shinjitsu, as his ruby eyes set upon the flags of his homeland:

"My people of Lingxue, the time has finally come, and my duty has decreed that I must return to the heart of the Ruby Empire to assume the position of Shogun. A title that's awaited me my whole life. In my absence, I trust with my full heart the matters of Stonehaven into the hands of my council: Lex Ferrus, Vionnelle Crest, and my wife, Etana Shinjitsu."

"Upon my return, If one is found fit among my heirs first or others, I will decree a new Daimyo of Lingxue, or I will resume direct control, turning the land of Stonehaven into the capital, where I rule the Ruby Empire as Shogun. Know I will return anew, greater and wiser and with more responsibility then when I left."

"In my good faith, and promise to return as swiftly as possible, I leave with you all my Family & heirs. Who in my absence will become enlightened on their paths. Just as I did when I was their age, leaving the mist for the betterment of our people.

My belongings, which will be put towards use in adding the people of Stonehaven in whatever may arise.

My wealth to be put towards good use for those in need within our lands."

Caravans make ready to return, with some key figures such as Ebisu Nakano joining along in the trip to the heart of the Empire. Also of note, were even some dwarves raised within Mitsumo's reign, seeking, with young hearts full of adventure, to see what lies beyond the mist, adding to the races that inhabit the Ruby Empire beyond the mist.
