With the cold winds of the winter season sweeping off the plains and the plateau, everyone finds themselves hunkered down for what may just be the coldest winter on record. Yet, that doesn't mean that Caethir sits idle and lethargic. Citizens still work, members of the Azure Order continue to patrol and train... And even members of the high council are forced out to do 'things and stuff'.
