With the royal backing of Heir and Luminary Sunsets over Moonlights, the realm's Chambers of Commerce commences in a new development project in the city's commercial district. Construction permits cleared approval and begins in earnest come late summer. What is most important in the realm is its people's happiness. Leisure oft takes a backseat in wardriven climates as anxiety mounts itself on a people's actions. With it behind the realm, an added layer to Delphina's Lumin Era comes in the form of nurtured leisure.
 
The Lunia Circuit, a mixed development in the heart of the commercial district servicing leisure and commerce. Still in its proposal stage, the Chambers opens up applications from aspiring makers or seasoned business owners to put in their bids. The circuit is looking for qualifying businesses to kickstart the atmosphere it wishes to cultivate.

The indoor market is the first of its kind-- taking an ever unique approach to leisure and shopping, encouraging shoppers to take their time to sort for quality goods rather than haphazardly going from stall to stall. Applications are open until the end of summer. Each storefront is limited to two vendors, with the food court cafe having four, totaling eight accepted vendors.

Construction has concluded for the new indoor market dubbed the 'Lunia Circuit' right in the heart of Dal'Thala's commercial district! It seeks to introduce a thoughtful, more curated essence into the shopping experience, reimagining the way people purchase goods. The goods sold are more than just a means to an end, but bits of imbued with creative passion to share one's talents! From blacksmithing, runework, artwork, floristry, sewing, baking, cooking, the circuit wants to house all manner of passionate creation!
 
To celebrate its opening and draw attention to what it could potentially offer, a flora and arts themed Trivia Night is being held in its central food court area hosted by the Heir Luminary Sunsets over Moonlight. From topics of old to niche manners or even more general, come stop by for a bit of fun and chance to win fun prizes!
