Following the open of the Lunia Circuit, a new indoor market shopping experience, down the street reaching into the quiet Pekeo neighborhood, construction begins. Small additions pop up around the city, from improvements to building aesthetic to even reimagining the central Runeoak Square. The capital city changes in all the best ways possible and continues with the announcement of an opening art gallery. To celebrate its coming debut, the Royal Culture Chambers by the sponsorship of Heir and Luminary Sunsets over Moonlight will be hosting an art contest.
 
The artwork chosen as the winners will be featured in the debut art show as semi-permanent additions to the gallery space. All are welcome to apply with whatever subject manner of their choosing, but do keep in mind that final say over the winners will be judged by Heir and Luminary Sunsets over Moonlight. The guidelines are as follow:
