"Hey hey, have you heard about him? That one weird man with the beret? What- Oh, I mean the one that walks around like he's about to fall over constantly!"

"What about him? I just figured he was having a medical issue. Is he actually dangerous?"

"I'm not sure, actually! But apparently people have been talking to him on the roads outside of the cities. They come back looking all sleepy and holding a rock or stick talking as though it's their pet. Do you think he's doing something weird?"

"... I mean, it just sounds like maybe they're hallucinating. But- then again! Maybe he's drugging them? You said it's always after they meet him?"

"Well at least they seem to recover fast enough... Geez, I hope I don't run into him. He sounds weird. And kinda creepy."
