Traveling throughout Meranthe has been a Blind Woman carrying upon their Draconian tail a Lantern. Now and again she has been seen offering fortunes and rendering medical aid now and again to passersby between her travels.

Lately however, it would seem they have taken to be a bit more proactive in providing their services. A few posters commissioned by local non-magi artists in neighboring towns such as Atheleon, Caethir and Crownforge have found themselves being placed upon a few noticeboards and near taverns to advertise.

Upon the poster is a decorated image of a clock curled around a large grandfather clock. An animation of illusion magic shows the clock ticking away and resetting every few seconds with a puff of smoke released by the beast.
