One of his greatest failures in his lengthy, long-lived life.

The soldier tried his utmost best to not undergo more tragedy, only for him not to pull through. All he can ever done afterwards was watching the carnage, tearing down men and women reanimating them to mindless undead.

Blood was left behind.

"And that was all my fault."

Just like you couldn't save someone whose been nothing but family.

There's chatters along the incidents he undergone, people tried to convince him otherwise, but that pain like many others physical and mental has never quite faded. Enough so that it places him into deep silence most of the time, reflecting upon it.

It was twice now that his home was destroyed.

... And throughout all that, he is alive and still remembering it all.

Even if the comrades that had to suffer this loss with him had disappear elsewhere - alive or dead.

Now he was left with two options.

Await for your death bed with your regrets of what could've been done.

Stand forth and fulfill that promise to those who passed.

There was just one thing on his mind that was needed to explore and since there's no teacher for such a matter like the Nyssa other than stories he heard from his late mentors, he willingly readied himself to travel down the heart if he must.

"It was said that Alacritas, the Constant of Life and Nyssa, the Divine Dragon of Winds and Mana, combined their powers together to weave the Lifestream, the source of all Life within the Universe."

"If anything, I wish to see where this leads me going this direction."

One grand pilgrimage seems to be planned.
