As the new Queendom grows, so too do the ongoing projects of its people. A call has been given out by the Crown itself, from Queen Odessa Fair-Caewynn and the King-Consort Valentine Cryptborne, of those in the arts of the Earth and Terraforming arts. With them and the might of their growing Queendom, will they build a new district for their people.

Rumors state that within this new district, Gambling, Betting, and even Duels are allowed within such lands. Where the eye of the crown shall never truly set upon such a place. Should they be in accordance with their own rules.
