Add in a "Wrong Description" thread to bug reports

As some have no doubt noticed, there are currently abilities that have the wrong descriptions on them, with the two off the top of my head that have been talked about recently, are wild nature and melody.
The problem is that currently, there is no correct place to post about them. I've seen people being told it is just the description that is off both in spell-issues and spell-balance, but since those threads aren't the places for them, they are eventually forgotten as other issues/balance topics are brought out.
A possible solution for this, is to have a thread in bug reports, specifically to write which spells, and items, have the wrong descriptions.
