Friendly fire idea

Well, I was just thinking about events and things like that. Would it be possible to add a new command for DMs and admins, that would be 'local friendly fire'
It'd function almost the same way as normal friendly fire, except it could go 1 of 2 ways.
way 1, it affects only the map you are on (ie for events map 6)
way 2, it affects a 200 tile radius around the person who clicks it (similar to RPB box, but leaves trees dense)
Not necessarily super needed, but could be useful for things like large group events or world events.
