There are so many people in this game that it gets a bit overwhelming to try and manually remember each name. Perhaps make an option where you can click on someone and add them to a 'contact list'. Where basically you just have the person's name and relationship in comparison to you.

This would be good for those one time interactions where you don't see the person for a while, but know the person would indeed hold an impact and you would remember the name at the very least.
