Recon Mission - The Empire's Reach

Under the authority of Captain Kirill of Barsburg, a moderate sized team of trained soldiers undergo a week long mission to travel and scope out terrain of interest in preparation for their extended stay in Esshar. They make their way through the dense forests and the riverlands between it all, with a direct focus the surrounding regions of Alabastre, exploring the smaller villages in consideration for future campaigns. They take with them a fully equipped mech that flies above overhead to give them an eagle eyed advantage from the sky while scouting far beyond their comfort zone.
By all accounts the opinion of the thieving city of Rhoynish bandits and mercenaries is low given recent encounters, and there is likely to be animosity towards them when the Empire's enforcers end up on their border in the town of Farvein.
