Event Summary: Decades have passed since the very last trek through the lands in efforts to reawaken one of Moxtli's four Patron Spirits! Upon taking up the mantle of Voice of Moxtli, Thorn swore that he would stop at nothing to ensure the revival of their lost spirit. Given an inkling of the temple's whereabouts, the Voice sets off with one final expedition, hoping to claim finally unite the Patron Spirits of Moxtli.

Event Summary: Within the forgotten bygone era's, did a threat procced to wash across esshar as a whole. The vampiric threat. One that's returned once more upon the island, during the generation of the blademaster. As he now leads the DSC? A complete ruling to fund a trip into the dreaded-woods were called for. After-all? Where else would they find information on such creatures? It's rumored that those who once dawned the cloak of a quarter-moon. Had left said tomes, because the best place to hide? Was underneath the nose of those who were most venerable to them.

Event Summary: The construction of Howl's Lookout has nearly completed, with years of planning, gathering materials and construction, the work has nearly been complete. On this day, the first major task will be to repair the life-stream of the damage it sustained. The world around them has changed due to its scaring, Andromeda and achyon's designs are a mystery...but a new line of defense has arisen. That being said, the scaring has warped creatures across the island, far more aggressive in nature, far more deadly...and anomalies across the country have been appearing. The river of life must be replenished, lets the world around them descend into madness and chaos.

RECOVERING WHAT'S BEEN LOST
part 1. the gravedigger's cult

Nation: Osrona

Characters involved?: Part of the present Roundtable and their current disciples and juniors.

Expected Party Size, Estimate: An approximate of 9.

Event Summary: 

"I've had a dream, councilmen. A recurrent one, one with a beck and call."

Research is extensively carried out by the Shimmering City's scholars, all in pursuit of leads on a series of relics from the Golden age, either lost to time or pillaged in the razing transpired nigh a century ago, all with the primary motive of retrieving and restoring them to their prior glory. Effective, the investigation yields results and brings the conclusion that a number of them - altered by time and perversion - have been gathered by the same organization.

Currently based up-north, in the frozen wastes near the border of Esshar. The Gravedigger's cult has a set MO of pillaging tombs and catacombs mercilessly, before settling their obtuse operations in each of these constructions.

PvP Potential: Unlikely

Main Goal/s: To recover a series of relics from the Golden Era and beyond, since then modified, abused, destroyed, accursed, or else. Figure out the cult's intentions - neutralize them.

Event Summary: A vision had been granted to the healer of the Shadowed Sanctuary. A location deep within the Shadowmire, hidden away from even the exiled creatures that dwell in it. There, Mother would be waiting for her children, to reunite and grant them guidance and boons. A pool of blackened murk, within which reflects all dreams and night eternal. Dreams within it become reality, and one's own thoughts, nightmares incarnate. Doubtless, even getting to such a location will be a test, as the beings that lurk closest to such a pool are not of our world, but of Mother's.

Event Summary:

During the battle at Garjling's Coat, the Great Dragon summoned both nations to appear before him.

Vekel and Ragnhild have decided to end the animosity between two people that have been at each other's throats for generations. Every generation, the denizens of either nation will have the option to honor their ancestors by visiting the Great Dragon Garjling and providing their offerings to him. Furthermore, they will be allowed to duel each other freely as a righteous way to solve their problems. This time around, Ragnhild seeks to offer gifts to the Great Dragon, while Vekel desires information and maybe even gifts for his people.

The Fireblooded have their own reasons to join this expedition, most likely to embark on a pilgrimage and pay their respects to a deity of old.

The journey is sure to be full of action, danger, rewards, development and knowledge!

Nation: The Shadowmire

Expected Party Size, Estimate: 5-10.

Event Summary: Years ago the Horde sought to overwhelm the defenses of Asphodel and gain entry into the Dreadwoods. It would end up being words, not claws, that granted the Mire access to those secluded woods. Now the sight of lights within those woods have become all to common as the monsters put slaves to work. Looking for something within the corrupted forest but what does this entail for the lands of Esshar? 

Well, the monsters know. They seek the remains of what legend has deemed the Black Spire. The fortress of the old demon lords that terrorized the Kingdom of Esshar at its height and they've found the crumbled remains of that tower and though it no longer pierces the sky. There are still relics of old within the ruins. Relics that can assist in plunging the world back into darkness.

We Indiana Jones but monstars.

Event Summary


"The relic of Eos, something that I held close in times of great need. Take care of it. It tied me to my Goddess for years, and I still remember the words she said when granting me her light.
She chooses someone to spread The Light throughout the lands."


The very grace of being touched by the Goddess is to inflict an ethereal glimpse of the beyond, enough to shatter the strongest minds. As defenders of her temple, they are limited to mortal sentience with a single purpose in mind.

Following a decisive battle for the Temple of Eos in which a narrow victory is claimed, the expedition is reinstated with the objective to receive the Blind Goddess' blessing, and boons of her mercy. Orchestrated originally by Theormas and the Pelleaux Brothers, the Farwalker's disappearance has only served as a greater means to delve into the Temple, knowingly to meet the revered Champion again. Not to be mistaken as demanding the gifts of her ethos, but to prove a reward for their urgent fortification of Eos' very home. 

To know where they stand within Eos' gaze, they will undertake her trials to protect Esshar from the afflictions that curse it.

Event Summary: It has been many centuries since Valmasia was liberated from the cold grasp of undeath, yet remnants of wickedness remain. Cults that surface, promising the greatness of earlier ages, magics that are tied to the land itself. The cursed country was the home of the original seven Sins- and a place where they resurge more often than elsewhere in the world. With the clairvoyant gaze of her master Ryker to assist her, Perosa has determined that (among other villains), two Sins are being held in an extremely high security prison off Valmasia's eastern coast. Seth pyr Docro is determined to harness this newly acknowledged power, and prepares forces for a strike against the country itself, breaking through with warships and magical weaponry and leaving before the Valmasian military proper mobilizes.



The Dominus Stronghold is no ordinary jail; some of the worst of the worst are kept there. Not only people, but wicked artifacts that cannot easily be destroyed, forever whispering their maddening temptations to their jailers. The longer they stay there, the more likely they are to be completely swallowed by dark forces.

Main Goal/s: To strike into the heart of the heavily defended fortress, kill the captured sins and obtain their hearts. Options to stick around longer for more loot and danger with the various other hellish prisoners.

Notes: The reason Valmasia is the location for this event is due to it being the origin of the first Sins. I don't know much about current Valmasia and will try and gather information to make it an appropriate experience.

"There will be another, With King's blood in his veins, who proudly claims the Petrakis name. He will take back what has been lost."

At the dawn of 1856AC, the silence within the Shimmering City is broken and the expedition is reinstated with a new objective, to converge with Jaethael on Astya, the origins of the first Essharans. Believing wholly that the country has recovered following the travesties a millennia ago, the Osronans take a gamble in a perilous endeavor to attain the boons of his wisdom. It is not to be mistaken as demanding the gifts of the divine’s ethos, but to prove a reward for their urgent time of need, to preserve and restore Esshar to its rightful honor.
 
A sinful age draws closer, casting Esshar into an everlasting war. Witches, vampires, ghouls, undead, and even the likes of a lich are all to blame. The future is uncertain, and a bottomless pit creeps in on their cities, daring to engulf them whole. Esshar has fallen low, perhaps rivalling the era which hosted the last calamity, the demons of Moonfall, or the era of adversity, the divine war. And who had it been that intervened on such an occasion?
The Angels.
 
With progress to expunge the ghastly cloud which hovers over Esshar nearing its final stages, the only cure to the cataclysm ahead is to revere those very same beings of lights who had once saved them. To be touched by the sanctified ones themselves, is to inflict an ethereal glimpse of the beyond, enough to shatter the strongest minds. Limited to mortal sentience with a single purpose in mind, Astya awaits.
 
A force must be procured to defend Esshar from the afflictions that curse it.
