Occultic Shadows

There's more rumors going around. More occultic feelings, and more night time stories, but this time alarmingly close to the Academy grounds, near where the old Shadowmire remained. Some even say they see a single glowing red eye staring out at night while bloodshot.
The cackling of a human and yet the sound of intense agony. Whatever it was, perhaps it was best to leave it rest.
