True Counter is currently giving its users a permanent stacking reflect that only goes away on relogging

How to reproduce:

Log in, Use True counter once, watch as you have permanent reflect until you log out.

In a similar situation, Deflecting Palm does the same thing, it also cancels any dashes with space, unarmed movement, and fatals.

Dpalm currently doesn't even invul, people are able to blizzard you through it, fatal you through it even bleed tics are going through Dpalm and NO reflect dmg is being sent back at all.

Describe the issue: Spiralbomb bugs dashing after certain circumstances are met, I have a vague idea on what they are.

How to reproduce: Fight with spiralbomb, realized you're only moving one time. Realize you can no longer dash until relog.

you can relog to fix it, but it happens at random intervals for no reason.

your mana can be stuck at 0 if u r unfortunate enough.

Describe the issue:  Atrellyan Wolf Pelt is not equitable by demons, even demons who are RPL 210 and at fully evolved Kaor evolution (I picked 'Wolf' as my evolution)

How to reproduce: Hit 210, evolve all the way to Kaor. Try to equip Atrellyan Wolf Pelt, stare into the abyss as nothing happens.
