“What's next? Start from the top, work our way down."
Fifteen years, fifteen years since the last plan was put into motion. It has had it's ups and downs, and is still wrapping up, but finally things came together. New settlers came to Nilhirra, some to Sapphire Bay as well. Consolidating after Port Fortune's loss and the abhorrent attacks from Demons on the Sovereign herself and subjects alike. Though, with one plan wrapping up the next has to come into motion, Memoria doesn't stop time for anyone not even the elderly.
⤄
Nilhirra has fallen under the direct supervision of Governor Malibu, a woman who has a hand in many businesses across Meranthe. Through her funding and coordination the island has seen it's decorum overhauled.. as well as the opening of a few households for it's new settlers, some of which have joined the re-established Navy. More small housing are available, as well as offers to construct larger homes with new residents that wish to join the navy for a severely reduced large housing cost. Those interested are to send a courier to Malibu in regards to opportunity to be had down in the Southern Seas.
⤄
With the consolidation of remaining territories and political meandering with neighboring states, a clear division of claimed territories is established. The Kingdom of Fortune claims all islands east of the Traverse islands, with the Traverse agreeing to enforce a policy of restricting further settlement by unsanctioned parties. The Crescent Isle has proven more than enough reason to take policing of the waters more seriously.
⤄
Fortune's Military is re-established since it's literal death with the Commandant Delmare at Port Fortune, with the Marines and Surveyors. An active duty combat branch, and a passive reservist role for those logistically inclined to the civic sector. It's first official Captain will be the first recruit and Marine, Hammul. Hammul seeks two members for his crew, where training and supplies will be dispensed alongside housing for those still wishing to move to the islands with purpose.
There is a small notice about soldiers actually being paid for their jobs. Unlike some other kingdoms.

⁜ The Percipience is officially disbanded. It's severe staffing issues cited as an issue. Not many bat an eye at this to begin with, as all valued items are catalogued and stowed if not traded in bargains with other nations.
⁜The Kingdom draws down on it's foreign aid policy with Arcadia, promised in the Moot that Sovereign Saiya had wished called to begin with. She wishes to shift the focus of aid with an official of Arcadia that is asked to come forward to discuss further shipments to the village.
⁜The Sovereign reaffirms her status as a Protectorate to the Goldlight Order, as agreed with the late Knight-Commander, Garret Richter, and upheld with the current, Shevaun. Showing a readiness and eagerness to assist the Order and Vigil going forward as actively as she does passively with the Governor Malibu. In a public statement the Sovereign states plainly, 'I've plugged the ship's holes.' Whatever that means.
⁜There is a an open outgoing warning toward those who have recently settled the islands without the Sovereign's oversight. Noting a location called Arilator's Landing in the islands is first to be called into question. It becomes evident after this notice that Surveyors of the Navy have begun going up the river to meet with officials in Aegis more often...
⁜ A sharp increase of Mercenaries and Freebooters are seen patrolling the southern waters, in preparation for something going forward. The navy is willing to compensate freelancers that wish to offer their services to a task that is currently unannounced to the public.
