Serious deliberation throughout the years between the Vanguard Party and Wynfieldite parties has resulted in the following bills being pushed up to the current president's desk for review, just weeks before Antefinem's pending Election Day:

The New Antefinem Bill
Proposing Party: Bipartisan (Wynfieldite/Vanguard Parties)
Description:

- Creation of The Antefinemite Department of Treasury (Scheduled Coin Transfers into Settlement Guild).
- The Initiation of the incentivized recruitment campaign for Taxmen and Accountants [ADOT]
- The Initiation of the Antefinemite Coin Minting Press Construction Project. [ADOT]

- Taxes are expanded from only property owners, to all legal citizens [Citizen+ Rank] of Antefinem
- Tax Rate Decrease from 650c/year to 300c/year.
- New Tax Debt Threshold is set for 3'000c.
- All taxpaying property owners of Antefinem shall no longer have maintenance fees covered by the government.

- All Death Penalty charges are deferred by default, in exchange for indentured servitude until the Timelock Bastion is constructed.
- Prisoners can opt to conduct labor to lower their sentence. If they are charged with a death penalty, they may defer their execution by maintaining their labor qouta.

- Presidential Terms are extended from 4 years to 8 years.
- A Presidential Term Cap of 3 is imposed for all Current & Future presidential election candidates. (Exception: Maximum of 24 years in service)
- Presidents can be impeached by the Senate for Inadequate Service to Country [Must achieve +14'000 total influence before midterm (4-year mark), or risk immediate impeachment]

Proposing Party: Wynfieldite Party
Description:

- Known or suspected magus individuals must be visibly unarmed when in Antefinemite Territory (Exception: All Magus Officers & Guardsmen)

- Disruption Of The Peace via the showcase of magus displays, abilities or 'auras', capable of haphazard, indirect, or uncontrolled damages (as indicated in The Fair Rights Bill of The Hajrudin Act of 2160) are elevated from Petty Criminal Activity to General Criminal Activity.

- Creation of the Magus Watch Police Faction
- The Initiation of Countermagus Weaponry R&D Projects

- All subfactions sanctioned as approved government entities of Antefinem are provided a term-long budget. (Re-established every electory cycle)

- Suspected forgery of service reports will constitute as General Criminal Activity.
