Description:

- All non-hostile nations will be afforded a steady stream of mercenary assistance, to help bolster economic endeavors via the protection of caravans across Meranthe, with heavy focus towards trade with Antefinem directly.

All captured criminals will be promptly sentenced with an established and defined crime, associated with both time in captivity and labor. Criminals will be bestowed rights as citizens under prisoner limitation and be freed only if their time in captivity has elapsed, they are proven innocent post-sentence (with compensation), the local public votes on their release, they are pardoned, or have perished during captivity.

The Fair Rights Bill

Description: 

All criminal activity (whether intentional or negligent) committed against nonmagus persons shall be treated as a criminal act imparted upon a magus equivalent, no matter the severity of the act. The presence of active magus magic, miasmas and auras of malefic, obstructive, or otherwise disruptive nature are banned from use in public setting, outside of a controlled magus arena. This includes, but is not limited to the open use of elemental, elemental-adjacent and ether-based magics.

- All official patrols will consist of 2 or more Antefinemite Magus troops at any given time.

Description:

- Tithes shall be referred to as Taxes.
- Tents, Encampments, & Campfires are abolished upon the land claimed of Antefinem. Boats and ships used for storage are exempt from scrutiny, so long as they are properly docked by the shore.
- All taxpaying property owners of Antefinem shall have maintenance fees 100% covered by the government.
- Tax Rate Increase from 335c/year to 650c/year
- New Tax Debt Threshold is set for 2'500c
- Property Owners that exceed the Tax Debt Threshold will be evicted, with all possessions seized by government officials

Proposing Party: Bipartisan (Wynfieldite/Vanguard Parties)
Description:

- Creation of The Antefinemite Department of Treasury (Scheduled Coin Transfers into Settlement Guild).
- The Initiation of the incentivized recruitment campaign for Taxmen and Accountants [ADOT]
- The Initiation of the Antefinemite Coin Minting Press Construction Project. [ADOT]

- Taxes are expanded from only property owners, to all legal citizens [Citizen+ Rank] of Antefinem
- Tax Rate Decrease from 650c/year to 300c/year.
- New Tax Debt Threshold is set for 3'000c.
- All taxpaying property owners of Antefinem shall no longer have maintenance fees covered by the government.

- All Death Penalty charges are deferred by default, in exchange for indentured servitude until the Timelock Bastion is constructed.
