After being betrayed by his own blood and losing a valuable ally the Duke of New Mavethkar was in a hard spot, many expected the land to be abandoned or worse. But somehow despite all odds they resisted, new life came to the island and their numbers are growing again.

They are now preparing to expand the settlement into a village, but before that a small apartment complex for fairies and for the crows is currently being built. Their ranks once again have life but it's not much, they still seek people to help replenish it.

Recently the Duke died, yes there are rumors that he was beheaded by one of the daughters of Mortyl and came back to life. If the rumor is true no one knows, but he is now a priest of Mortyl and is looking for people to teach the faith.

The number of prisoners on the island is currently one, a judgment was given and New Mavethkar agreed to work with Sanctuary to rehabilitate the prisoner. Previous rumors indicate that the Duke was going to execute the prisoner, but Baylor Equisol made progress in the rehabilitation making him change his mind.
