A Cat's Day
Dedicated to Meranthe's favorite cat

Sometimes, joy and inspiration come from the unlikeliest of places. For myself, there's been a definite lapse in articles and for that this author apologizes, but inspiration is a fickle mistress and can be a bitch. Initially, I was ready to publish something that requires more investigation, and so that's what I aim to do. For now, however, as a means of distraction from the seemingly hopeless situation some find themselves in, I present a brighter outlook. A happier tone.
Who does not know of Poppylus, the white cat who frequents every stretch of Meranthe, but mainly calls his home in Caethir? I had a chance to interview him, surprisingly, and found out things that perhaps many do not know of him. First off, his favorite foods are the baked and braised full chickens Queen Calanthe would create in Caethir, but also a premium tin of Sardines that Camino once gave to him.
His five favorite napping spots are as follows: In number five is the Fountain of Doom, with number four being the cavern near the Abyss. Third is the Fountain of Life, and second being the base of the Hollow World's Gate. For his number one spot, it's none other than 'The blankscape' where he got his flower from. However there were also special mentions of the Oracle's desk in Atheleon, and also the throne in Caethir.
So, if you ever are in desperate need to find him, he may be located in one of these prime sleeping spots!
