Curse isn't as good of a comparison to Mind Fray or Hemorrhage which share similar effects/stats to the mentioned hidden spell at hand. Nowhere did I say Curse wasn't strong, or Occult wasn't a good tree. They both are.
Just that from the perspective of a hidden, Soul Drain is lackluster when you squint over towards some of the other options of a similar tier.. Like the 10% AP stances for 5 RPP (if you already have a basic stance at least.)
Which isn't me saying it should be buffed to heaven, it just needs a bit of a touch-up.
