Cinderflare - A 15RPP mastery token spell

 

Cinderflare looks ridiculously cool, but also has similar range and cd, but significantly less damage than an intermediate that is much easier to land.
 
Piercing Strike - A 15RPP intermediate spell
 

 
I'm not trying to ask for Piercing Strike to be nerfed, I just think a spell that takes one of 2 hard earned mastery tokens to get should have at least similar damage or lower cd than an intermediate of the same RPP cost.
