Shinobi Surprise: (Surprise!)
The toggle buff has an upkeep cost of 10 mana. . . Per second. Not sure if this is meant to be a bug report or not, so posting here just in case
I can stand idly, and see my mana bar go rushing down until the upkeep can no longer be maintained and the toggle buff ends.
Can the upkeep cost be reduced to something more managable (or maybe even removed, if by chance the toggle buff was not intended to have an upkeep cost)
I know this may sound like asking for more after just getting Shinobi Surprise, but currently the toggle buff drains mana so fast I run out of mana for the toggle in twenty five seconds.
And twenty of those seconds? Are from the countdown before the RPB starts.
