By the decree of the late Sovereign, Fabbondel Ethrian, the new Sovereign, Tergiverstation takes up the mantle of leadership of the islands.  A new Commandant, with a joint agreement between both the Sovereign, and the High Corsair, Poppy Delmare assumes the position of her father.

Further more, having learned of a great many changes out in the desert, and surprisingly beyond such, the Sovereign offered these words. For even as busy and time consuming keeping a nation afloat, they remembered those that helped them.
