It takes but a few short years for things to change dramatically once more in the City of Gold. New projects. New board members. New decrees.
And yet, despite how many things change, the more they continue to remain the same for the city of commerce.

[o] Lucky Luciano, the Minister of Trade and Entertainment, retires after over a decade of overseeing the city. A seat of honor is made for him at the board's table; The Minister of Parks, and Recreation.

[o] Three new members are added to the board: Katrina Astalet, as the Minister of Trade and Entertainment. Kassius Astalet, as the Minister of Labor and Employment. And Ilathia, as the Minister of Defence and Justice. Those in need of speaking with a Minister are urged to seek contact with the Minster of the respective field.

[o] After a series of hostilities within Prosperan territory, Iris Aubreen, and Luka Mikos are both barred entry to Prospera's lands. Due to a lack of official reprimanding, relations with Londo sours as a result. Though still welcome to do trade in general, trust is shaken.

[o] For many months, the city has rumbled, and churned. The cause of such was heavy excavations going on beneath the ground. Work set about by a number of magitech drones occasionally seen sifting around above the ground. The official word to the reasoning given is thus:
The Prosperan Undercity will soon be open to the public, and will host both entertainment facilities, and industry, and housing options within its neon districts!

[o] A grand expedition deeper into the caves beneath Prospera is still planned, following the plans, and documents left behind by the former Minister Levistshun.

[o] Despite the warring nations, Prospera maintains an enforced neutrality. No violence will befall those within the City of Gold, mirroring the sentiments of the Final Frontier-- it is a land of innovation, and peace. Those who want to escape the fighting are more than welcome to take shelter within.
