• The growth of the city continued steadily, with the population of its citizens and non-magi steadily increasing. As the need for expansion became apparent, the time to make the the dreams of Londo's original's founder would arrive. Funds were raised, and with In'yu acting as the primary investor, Londo flourished. The prosperity of the city reached a point where it was no longer just a city but transitioned into a full fledged kingdom.
  

• As Londo expanded, the necessity for change became apparent. Following discussions among the core members, a decision was reached to abolish the council, opting for a monarchy instead. In this new structure, a proclaimed king, supported by advisors, would be responsible for decision making. Soon after the agreement, Luka Mikos was appointed as Londo's first king.
   
  
• Not long after the shift in leadership, Luka Mikos went missing, leaving Londo without a leader. Fearing the potential downfall of the place he put so much time into, Asher Kasca, the former councilman, stepped forward. With the support of the majority, Asher assumed the title of king, bringing with him a series of changes for Londo:
  

 

• The title for Londo's leader has been switched from King to Head.
  

RELIGION:

 
Gala will continue to be a primary patron of Londo, and the expedition will still be continued.
However, a significant change was introduced as Mestra was also acknowledged as another patron of worship.
While not set in stone, the potential for adjustments to reflect this shift in religious focus was on the horizon.
Those intrigued or seeking more information about Mestra were encouraged to reach out to Asher Kasca.

The End of a Feud:

 
Speaking with the Oracle of Aphros, an agreement had been made.
A ceasefire.
Both sides would no longer hold any aggression towards one another.

Restructuring:

 
Any agreements previously made with other nations during Luka's leadership were declared null and void.
Those who had engaged in such agreements were encouraged to reach out to Asher to discuss and renegotiate the terms.
Conversations had already begun, and some new agreements were already in the works.
Londo's Maple guard is now officially formed, with the structuring going as follows:
-Trainee
-Soldier
-Captain(2)
-Commander(1)
Official names and titles will be discussed at a later date.

Services:

 
Asher Kasca, with the help of Akroma P. Kasca will now offer their hands in upgrading and or creating equipment.
The price will start off at 20000c, which may increase depending on the complexity.
Those who are from Londo or The Frontier will not only get prioritized, but they'll also receive a 50% discount.
If you are apart of Londo's Maple Guard, then the price will be lowered by 75%.
