Following a meeting between the Oracle and a number of his Kingmakers, an announcement has been dispatched throught the realm of Aphros. A change of structure, as well as a rank below Oracle established.

I hear you, Blessed of the Divine. The blood that flows through your veins therefore demands respect be brought to you- and your service in the name of the Realm has not been unnoticed.

My Kingmakers, I hereby give you permission to exert your divine right upon the Realm of Aphros, so long as you follow within my will and the will of the Lord Athelios.

See that an organization is made for the Nephilim that flock to the banner of Duality, and see them be made as my Heralds.

The Godblooded who kneel to me shall act as my Heralds. To offer wisdom and act out my will in the public eye- where the Blessed Faceless of Athelios shall act in the private.

See that the Nephilim under my banner shall be split into Astral and Umbra Heralds. This can act as similar to the council that was discussed at the beginning of my crowning.

Should the numbers be uneven, I shall always speak for the uneven side to bring balance.

With the decree given, all Nephilim in service to Aphros shall be henceforth known as either Astral Heralds or Umbral Heralds. They are to act in absence of the Oracle, to enforce his will, as well as bring balance in the name of Athelios. Any Herald who dare betray Aphros and its ideology will forfeit their life, not to mention their position and influence.

At present, the Foreteller Zelfina was named the first Astral Herald, whilst Solomon Equisol was named the first Umbral Herald. The other Nephilim within Aphros are urged to establish their side, reaching out to one or the other. Any other Nephilim of Meranthe is welcome within Aphros, should they be true, just, and loyal, kneeling before the Oracle.

In addition, from this point forth Martial Law within Aphros is hereby uplifted, no longer in effect.
