scholars have been rumouring an isolated tribe of drakanites that lived up in the snowy mountains just off of the continent on an island, surrounded by many other smaller islands. they say they are the guardians of ancient drakanite smithing secrets, but it happened that a group of dissidents started waging war against them. multiple info brokers and city couriers have been tasked with tracking every who might be of help to them, especially their kin, and so did a letter reach beatrice the young drakanite who just sailed on a boat to meranthe few years back looking to clench her thirst for adventure.
