But, not by land - nor air. Sailors around Meranthe were likely one of the first to notice the abnormal movements in the migration of varying locales of marine life. As though the weight of their distribution had skewed towards one specific destination, no matter which cardinal direction of the continent one stood upon.
The next sign of note became the increased sightings reported of mysterious, humanoid silhouettes below the depths - flocking to and fro within the northern seas. Specifically, towards the north of Delphina's capital.
This persisted under the radar, inexplicably, for the next few years.
However, the veil of secrecy had finally lifted. An island a few klicks north of Dal'Thala had seemingly taken on a new species of inhabitants. Sirenia. This island, through rumors carried by word of mouth, has been discovered to be the newest and northernmost 'district' of Dal'Thala - yet, the developing island still seems to retain notable autonomy if that is the case.
Nereides.
That, is the only name that could be tied to this location if looked into.
Poised upon raised earth, guarded by natural cliff face, the construction of a temple had been carried out beyond the public eye for quite some time.

Finally, an overdue formal announcement was given out by the Serpent's devout High Priestess, Maliyah.

The island is young, and there is much more to be built upon. But, it is here. A place of exploration, of rest, of calm - amidst Meranthe's ever-turbulent environment. I hold out love for each and every single one of you, kin. I will aid all I can that come to this island of ours. Be it food, shelter, mending, or classes to develop the gift of healing others. Lessons and sermons on Sirenia's history and its faith will also be provided.
