Faoivein, Croí-Uaimhe, and the Future

Through the efforts of Grubfoot Óir-Dorgeshuun, Undervein-- now titled Faoivein --has been reclaimed! As a result, the Khanate of Óir has been forcibly disbanded, with Crash now indefinitely exiled from all goblin-inhabited territories. These boroughs, Faoi-Vein and Croí-Uaimhe now form a subterranean nation for all of goblinkind... Lúbra Cloiche, the Earthen Maze. Although far from their homes of Oy-Deniz, their new home in this foreign region promises a massive network of caverns to flourish deep into Meranthe.
To all allies of the Óir clan, a letter is sent verifying this information, and that they should no longer be wary of Faoivein.
Now let's talk about politics.
One thing which both Snap and Crash both agreed on, is the fact that no one goblin should remain chieftain forever. It's the right of all goblins to voice their concern and contribute to the development of their home... and this too, includes hearing their votes on who should be chieftain. The might of the individual will never be less than the might of the unit.
As such... on 4/17/2023 at 6:00 PM, Snap will organize all goblins of Lúbra Cloiche in Faoivein, where their story in Meranthe began.
The proceedings will be as follows;
> Preliminary voting phase; all goblins may cast two separate votes each, one for their first choice, and one for their second choice.
> Speaking phase; The three goblins with the highest scores will each have a moment to speak on what they wish to provide for the clan, and their plans for the future.
> Primary voting phase; Between the three contenders, all goblins may cast a single vote, for whom they believe will direct the goblins best.
The winner of this election will become the Taoiseach (chieftain) of Lúbra Cloiche.
The goblin coming in second place will become the Méara (mayor) of Faoivein.
The goblin coming in third place will become the Méara (mayor) of Croí-Uaimhe.
A Taoiseach performs the roles of the head of the nation, such as diplomacy, organization, and ordinances, while the Méara both maintain their boroughs and see their needs met. If the Taoiseach is to propose a new ordinance or forge a new alliance, both the Méara must be in agreement to see it enforced.
This process is to be completed every five years to ensure no abuse of power, and to give equal opportunity to all of the Óir clan.
