High Scintillate Hemera Valmonte welcomes one and all to come to celebrate a new Mestran ritual, a call to the Primordial of Creativity after eighty years of leading a sect of Their religion for a new blessing to aid Mortalkind.
The ritual will include merriment, song, food, and perhaps if those in attendance are lucky enough they may witness a blessing of Mestra.
