The Road goes ever on and on
#1
Through a gentle autumn breeze, a piece of paper flew its merry way through the air. As the wind waned and came, it eventually settled on a no longer occupied house in the Citadel. It seemingly had once been lived in by an Equisol.

It wanted to be here.

The winds of travel wished it to be here.

Has it truly been a decade now?
A decade since i have left my homes door, never to return to it?
Of course it has. So many people I have met. So many friendships built.
Even a love. But as all things, it too could not be held onto by force.

And yet. And yet, despite it all, I would do no diffrent.
Let others worry about the "great causes."
Let others fight over who is righteous.
To the winds, it is all the same.
Let them revere the god of death.
For that is their freedom. And it is their right.
I respect it.
But I could never.

A good traveler wanders by heart.
And is not keen on Arriving.
To whoever may one day find this wayward musing.
Whatever faith you ascribe to. Whatever belief you hold.
We all are joined when on the road.
And the Wings of Chireus watch us, regardless of if we think them to. Or not.

May you arrive. Wherever it is you seek to.
