During the deep nights there had been murmurs, rumors have spread of a boogeyman targeting the weak and vulnerable. Slowly these encounters would grow more bold, attacking those who carried willpower and even magi.

Citizens within the Eastern cities of Meranthe have spoken of terrifying visions relating to a shadowy creature. Many of these nightmares had left citizens mentally scarred, frozen and in rare cases, some unable to wake up. 

These nightmares seemed related and were indiscriminate in their victims, targeting whoever dwelled within Ten’s Citadel, Xuefeng and Grimholl mostly.
