Within the Tower of Aetius, its portals scattered, a lone, empty throne room has surfaced at its heart. The one that calls themselves Shiva has claimed it in a desire to 'return such to the rightful ruler of the cosmos'. The Second Forged of Aemir, Vdali, the Scorned One.
