Quickly after she finished taking her oath as the new Beacon of Hope, the Kasca young woman decided it was time for a celebration, especially since she it was her birthday.  She wanted everyone to benefit from it and let the worries to be locked away for the night while everyone enjoyed themselves.
And so, she makes her announcement.

"It's time for my eighteen-birthday party!!

I say we have a BEAUTIFUL BEACH party!!

So how about you find your favorite swimwear and come join me in a fun, colorful party. Let your mind run free and your imagination to make lots of memories, and most importantly to HAVE FUN!!!

This will be happening near the beach in Londo, beware there's fish that might try to attack you but that just makes it more fun, no? Plus, if anyone needs help, I'll protect you and keep you safe, worry not."
