Steadily, throughout the continent of Meranthe, seemingly stemming from the Republic of Paritas words, claims, and rumors of a 'Crusade' against the Atrellyan Forces currently resided within Aegis have spread, filling the common man with questions.

Who? What? When? 

In time, it would become deathly apparent, The Viscountess of Londo, and Hime of the Shigenobu clan Shiri Shi Shigenobu has called upon the common and noble folk to part-take in a righteous conquest against Meranthe's most vile enemies.  

Beneath the veil, this call for a crusade was earnest though the true reason for such was known to very few, she declares her intention to save the hostages currently held captive by the Atrellyan Empire to those who interact with her personally, but due to unforeseen circumstances, she would have to settle exclusively for one hostage.

The Shigenobu clan sounds the drums of war, despite what had been occurring within the continent, they saw this as an opportunity to strike at the Atrellyans whilst they were occupied, their best chance of saving any of the hostages being held. 




Shiri Shi Shigenobu states: 

"In death your enemy seeks to desecrate you, turn you into a vile beast subservient to the will of the Fel. 
In life your enemy seeks to capture you, torture you, exchange you to empower themselves, or outright kill you. 
And beyond that, they seek to take your soul from you. 

Don't come to this battle if you are looking for a happy ending. 
Do not fight with us if the thought of being turned into a vile monster after you have died scares you. 
This is not for the weak of mind. 

Fight only if you are ready to die for what you believe, to die so that others may have a chance at life.
And to show my dedication to my words, if I am captured, rather than become the tool of the enemy I will endure Harakiri and I will not require a second to finish the job. 

So in life, they take nothing from me, not my soul, not my body, not my pride, not a coin, not an ore, not a dime.  
They will take nothing.

Except my unyielding hatred and spite for their kind." 

Magdaline Shigenobu contributes:

"We will raze you to the ground, pulverize your ashes, and then the soil soaked with your putrid blood will bloom into a field of sinka as we leave, and when we will come back for more - we might as well turn this place into a bouquet."

Valentine Shigenobu adds:

"Sister. Hold your strengths and spirits for just a moment longer. All will be united and redeemed, this much I swear."

Daiki, Noyon of the Tengoku boldly declares:

"Bones and dust rest, flames and ash hang high. Scorned beast and fel steal our comrades. Stain this world with the blood of our kin. Lock our sisters and brothers in cages to be burned. Hear my call! Warriors of Meranthe, the time to fight is now!"
