One thing that remains clear is the home of sorcery in Meranthe has changed greatly since the passing of Uralai and silence from once leaders. New faces take charge and look to lead the place of ambition in their respective images.

The first set of ideals come from the Sarradian as they offer a short statement to a group of up and coming sorcerers in the search for the next that will rise to answer the great many questions of Aetius. They the first to act on an agreement between the three.

The Mistress of the Garuda Form seeks those that wish to challenge their status and break apart the status quo. Within the group of hopefuls, Nymeris hopes to find one that shows the potential to rise above that where the world has placed them.
 
Not only do they look for someone capable of expressing themselves verbally and physically, showcasing their magical potential. They expect flawless showcase of such talents, an individual who has pride how they present themselves. Pristine and elegant.

From the last of the three is there no spoken expectation or speech provided to the crowd. They seek those that ask the questions themselves and are without relent to chasing the answers, promise shown in those most interested and explorative. Far longer do they wait and witness the teachings of the fledgling sorcerers before ever plucking one from the crowd.
 
Nevertheless, their own personal interest in teaching and providing themselves as another's guide is clear once their student is chosen. Diligent in their teachings, however busy they may be. It is done in their own unique way.
