From the stroke of vengeance dealt to Mestra's killer, the path of justice diverged. To whom be paid of this triumph made: Eloise Elaide, the victor; or Mestra's name, the victim. To the edge which laid the Godslayer low, or to the timeless echoes of what could sing beyond life, death, and all usurpation? For the latter spoke and struck the Lumin King, and in battle waged against the Emanator of Finality rendered memories of Mestra fit for Eternity to luminous pages. Death but another turn to Their tale, however much the sundering inflicted by Varrach had disordered and obscured it - this much proven in its very instant. As the land was quenched in a storm of tears divine for the death of art and song's aspect, the sky streamed alight with rainbows headed in shooting stars across the firmament. In blooms which followed, in clouds which cleared and colors which shone within the sunset more vibrant than anything else did proofs of what was unyielding of Mestra's legacy resonate forth from beyond the pale of all that broke Them.

Only by the poems reclaimed from the annals of Their echo within what was usurped, however, could one slip the line of that horizon to stand from which those colors shine. Only in what pages were filled so far, could the worth to meet that shade be proven. To be reminded further of who They were, to remind that faded spirit of who They were, and in grief and remembrance reflect and resound what endure beyond any singular threshold's shroud.

In all the sweetness and bitterness as motions of divine eulogy and elegy shall wrack within this most grand of pilgrimages, a beauty eternal to be found and recorded. For Their splendor unending through even death and time. For the peace of She whose heart weighs heaviest of all.
