The Isle of Pyrithian will be hosting the first outing of its quinquennial event- The Ignis Memento Festival.

Those on the land of Meranthe are invited to participate in this event. The process will be simple- you will write any thoughts or desires you have into your head, onto the parchment. It will then be placed into the fire at your own transgression- causing for the flames to carry your message to where it needs to go. It seems as though if you've been on the bad side of the Talalts as of late, it would be wise not to attend this event.

It's a sobering reality that many of us have faced within our time, and thought we try at times to fight back against it, it's far better to enjoy the present directly in front of us. When I asked many to come onto Pyrithian for the first Ignis Momento festival, I asked all of you to write your hearts out on a piece of paper. To allow those thoughts to burn into the fire, and allow the ashes to deliver your message to wherever you may ask it to go. I ask of you once more to step foot upon this Isle, and experience once more what it is to let your thoughts turn into words. What I want is not your thoughts that are locked deep inside of you- but rather what you are grateful for within this world we live in. It's easy to focus upon the negatives- but we invite you to have a day to focus on the positives, and allow them to shine for all, or simply yourself, to witness.[/i]

With this announcement spoken to all those willing to hear, Pyrithian announces its second ever Ignis Momento Festival!

Those who wish to come enjoy a peaceful and family friendly outing are encouraged to attend. A bonfire shall be placed upon the beaches of Pyrithian, where everyone will get an opportunity to write out or tell others what they are thankful for in their life. If you don't wish to share? That's perfectly fine too. Enjoy the small festival as much as you'd like, and take in the experience however you desire.
