Many people have seen or interacted with the werewolf only known as Kung, some found out the truth and others did not. A beast that seems to have more than one face, the reports about it were too different from each other as if there was more than one werewolf.

Hunters and beasts across Meranthe hunt it to make a name for themselves, all wanting to take down the self proclaimed King of Beasts. Some would find the monster east of Meranthe and say that it was a forceful evil creature, while others would find only a dumb gentle giant that would not attack first and took care of both birds and plants. What is the truth? Is there more than one werewolf?

But recent reports show that the Kung located in the west of Meranthe close to Elios has turned violent, the one that was said to be shy and to be avoiding interactions with people unless if it was to ask for help with a certain task. If it sees people wearing the colors of Enos or Crownforge it hunts them until it can no longer walk or they are no longer in sight, telepaths feel only the presence of a rabid berserker that seems to have a deep hatred for something or someone.

It seems to have settled around Elios attacking anyone or anything that approaches but not chasing, despite the rumors of West Kung's newfound aggressiveness it did not enter the territory of the settlers from Xuenfheng seeming to ignore them for some reason.

The last people to enter Elios's territory before reported burned plants and blood, as if something horrible had happened there. Howls of pain and cries were heard too, even someone begging for death.

But whether they are just rumors or not the intent of the beast located at Elios is clear, it's claiming the territory for itself to do something if not stopped. Will Crownforge and its allies just allow the beast to claim the territory or will someone do something?

OOC:If you collected the lore during interactions with the beast or saw what happened, you should know what is going on. People who had interactions with Truckung would be appreciated if they could show up, whatever the intent.

What's the intent: Truckung is challenging the current owners of Elios and people responsible for that area for some reason to do something be it good or bad. There will be consequences if he is allowed to just do it or not.

The  beast which had appeared docile, was not.

It was not a surprise to the felinae, once hero of Meranthe to see it turn out this way, to hear about the disturbances. 

Still it soured her heart, for somewhere hope still held on that things could be peaceful in this wasteland of a world.

A promise had been made, to the creators of the tree, to the tree itself as it had saved her. 

And thus she would appear once more. Return to the north to protect it from harm. To return the favour and save it.

No matter what. 

I don't know your intent, beast. You seemed kind and wanting to give aid. Now you burn the friends you built, and threaten the tree.
What changed?

Beams of sunlight would find themselves over that snowy Tundra once more, as if gazing down at the mess that had been made.

As if to scorn the one bringing violence and bloodshed near the Isle.

There is little more that irks me than threats to life solely devoted to helping those of Meranthe,

especially when it is life that I have come to grow and nurture alongside many others.

I do not know what spurs your hand to take such action to the life upon and around that Isle,

but should it not be stayed you shall find the burns from your actions quite scathing.

For I do not take threats to what I care about lightly.

The Chancellor and caretaker of Elio would find herself upon that Isle on the fated day, to cease bloodshed by her own hand, or to assist the others who march alongside her.

Goal:

Defend the Isle and Elio from the rampaging beast and it's goals, capture it and find the reason for it's actions.
