Among the far eastern Shadowlands, a small pocket of life flourishes. Far from the reach of Aquantio, from the ruins of the Vigil and the crystalline spikes that pierce the sky, the Sanctuary continues to grow.

The land and its spirits have become more agreeable to its denizens, despite all odds. Great standing stones ring its perimeter, and in its center is a great, runed mehnir. Masons come and go from the city, and bit by bit more trickle in to see safety and succor within its walls. Those that have been cast out, those who are without, are all welcome in the embrace of the dark wood; even ships hailing from distant shores where great Kings once ruled have been seen coming into the nearby bay.

By the guile and labor of its very own people, the Sanctuary expands.

Word circulates from out of the settlement. Talks of upcoming events - some for its denizens, some for curious students, and some for celebrants and friends that might wish to honor the trials and successes of the Sanctuary's people.

A Call To Citizens

A place has been carved, a foundation for this Sanctuary is set. Now is the time - a direction for the people will be decided; in matters of governance, research, and diplomacy. A chance for them to make their mark and have a stake in their home.

Celebration

The most recent labors are at an end. The standing stones, which are a testament to the Sanctuary's perseverance, are put into place. Revelry, food, and words to be shared from the Sage of Liberation and leadership.

Lessons to resume, with the greater foundations now laid to pave the way forward. Precious knowledge of the settlement and its scholars is on offer once again. The secrets of the Arcane made available for those with the desire and drive to reach for them.
