[Lucky Fool]

A Wolken courier finds their way across Meranthe as letters are deposited into mailboxes of Magi and Non-Magi alike. Upon its face rests a black wax seal with a golden, stylized ram’s horn as its mark. On the back of the envelope one finds an ink that shifts its color every so often, but the longer one stares at it they find the color most associated with Hope to be more prevalent. The contents of the letter read as follows…

“Hello! I hope this letter finds you well in these odd times. Comets fall overhead, dreams of flaming madness overcome some, and yet we continue to stand and soldier on. Such is the strength of Meranthe, is it not?

You may know me as Bailey Rowe, a current Minister over in Kindlehelm.

This is a special invitation to a statue unveiling that I’ve worked upon since the fall of Goldlight. For the finishing touches I’d like for those gathered to join me in placing a moment of rest within.

Meranthe has found itself in trying times once more. Let us come together and show that despite the trials, the tribulations, the struggles, we still stand defiant against the odds.

Such is what makes our people beautiful, no?
