The largest Wolken population known in the world.

Primary Religions: Pylaen and Caian

Relations with Occultism: Root out and destroy, typically by Pylaen zealots.

This just makes them more careful. More crafty.

The spiders you see are the foolish and weak, after all... 

...there are hundreds for each one you crush.

And in the face of such an opponent, some lose their way.

Paloma, alchemist local to Gloomlight, 

is pooling some resources together for a "homecoming" journey.

...one gets the distinct feeling that this may be a bit personal, 

as they do occasionally mention "the woods"... and a "compound"... near a "village of Fawkes' Field"...

And they sound damn bitter about all of it.

One gets the distinct feeling whatever they find in the "fringes" will be... 

...unpleasant.

Still... it is a chance to visit the City Mountains...

Even if this first visit is somewhere less traveled.

That should make up for it, right?
