One concert was, apparently, not enough for Meranthe's least normal rockstar. Recently, more fliers have been popping up for a new event-- a whole tour, titled Paint Meranthe Red. 
By all indications, it shouldn't be that much different from her prior adventures in public concerts. I.E., a lot of violence for not a lot of reason, and likely ear-damaging volumes of anti-authoritarian riffs.

However, there is one interesting part of these posters;

...THE FIRST CONCERT OF THE TOUR WILL BE OUTSIDE OF ARCADIA, AND WILL CONTAIN A SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE BY DANDELION AUBREEN, OF WHOM I HAVE TAKEN TO CORRUPTING AS ALL ROCK MUSIC DOES TO THE YOUTH. SHE HAS CHOSEN TO LEARN TO USE THE DRUMS AND I HAVE TAUGHT HER TO SAY 'DAMN', AMONG OTHER NEFARIOUS ACTIONS I HAVE DECIDED TO PARTAKE IN TO THE DETRIMENT OF HER ABILITY TO COHABITATE WITH HER NOBLE FAMILY...

Now, while the rest of the posters are mostly meaningless ramblings about the tyranny of authority and her plans to perform a circle around Meranthe, starting at Arcadia and ending at Myridia, her having Dandelion might be corroborated by the sudden dearth of appearances the young Aubreen has shown...

Perhaps somebody should stop this particular nuisance.

LOCATION: Arcadia's southern entrance, or perhaps a bit away from it to not get caught by The Man.

The next stop on the Paint Meranthe Red tour has been announced, and if you paid attention to the initial publications, its trajectory is... predictable. Starting from Arcadia, Meranthe's least normal rockstar has begun her loop around the continent, heading first Eastwards towards the prosperous kingdom of Caethir to cause no small amount of noise complaints and shattered windows at what is probably going to be an ungodly hour of the night.

Notably, this time the 'publication' that proclaims this event does not include any veiled or un-veiled references to a hostage, damsel, or prisoner of any sort taken to force attendance at pain of potential consequence to the captive. This is, purely, wholly and entirely, a voluntary event to attend if you wish to cause problems on purpose or confront those who may so desire.
