PUBLIC LETTER TO THE CAETHIRI KINGDOM
#1
A Public Letter from Wyrmia
(Aged 376, Monk of Sheng and Quite Right About Everything)

I, Wyrmia, do hereby extend a most measured commendation to Her Radiance, Queen Calanthe, for the ambitious expansion of Caethir. The city, I concede, possesses a certain charm, yes, charm, though one must not be blinded by pretty facades while tripping over poorly lit roads and questionably assembled infrastructure.
Indeed, the surrounding districts languish in a state most unbecoming: dimly illuminated paths, roads that seem to have been designed by distracted apprentices, and, most scandalously, intermittent obstructions along the passage to the Northern Frost. One wonders: are the engineers asleep, or merely decorative?
Furthermore, I insist upon the immediate improvement of accessibility on the right side of the realm. A kingdom cannot thrive when half of it appears to have been forgotten mid-thought.

Now, on a more delicate (and admittedly more refined) note, I must recommend a manicure establishment located on Seventeenth Street of Thornes. An unexpectedly competent place. They cater to all forms of extremities, including claws (a detail I personally verified). My rating stands at a respectable 9 out of 10, were it not for the rather peculiar atmosphere of the surrounding street, which whispers of dubious dealings. Rumors persist of a certain “Violet Veil” being traded nearby. I shall not elaborate. I am old, not foolish.
Caethir, in its current state, demands an expansion not merely of its walls, but of its administrative reach. Even a queen as luminous as Calanthe cannot single-handedly uphold order if her officials continue to behave like ornamental statues.
And yet—and yet!!—despite my entirely justified criticisms, I extend an invitation to neighboring realms:

Observe Caethir. There is much to be learned here, if only as a cautionary tale with excellent catering.
For I must admit, the Grand Gala Ball was exquisite. The ambiance, divine. The cuisine? Worthy of reverence.
Do better. But also, well done.
With unwavering scrutiny,
Wyrmia

Soon afterwards, a public reply penned by none other than Caethir's own steward finds itself passed onwards:
