Word spreads slowly from the Holy City of Atheleon through local rumors combined with a series of penned missives directed to specific individuals that come the end of the year, a rite is to be held within the Twilight Cathedral to officiate the union between the Umbra Captain Chelsea and the recently promoted Aspera Cardinal Cirrus Sulibella. 

Those well acquainted to either of the betrothed may find an invitation sent their way, although word has it the rite is free for any not banned or otherwise offensive to the presence of Atheleon's citizenry to attend, regardless of if an invitation has been obtained.
