[Peepers]

Flyers have been placed within Atheleon, Dal'Thala, Arcadia, and some more well-traveled roads. The paper itself seems to have been enchanted to glow a little when it's looked at, making it stick out more! The writing is fairly simplistic in appearance, but at least that makes it easy to read.
