A Cry For Help
The light of the sun is finally snuffed out. Families who had been visiting their loved ones had finally come and gone. The darkness pushes in on a silver-haired teenager, speaking quietly.
"There was a lot on my mind today, Grandfather." Strokes from a pen fill the night beside a cricket's chirp. "I still don't understand why I'm here -- Why is it that nobody attempts to understand me?" The teenager, for all his melancholy words, seemed to be smiling. Coping. "Or why you had to go and leave me with Him." His smile fades, replaced by bubbling anger. "You don't care - My Uncle should never have been born. He ruined everything. You ruined everything." The same song and dance, every other day --
The teenager's diary falls from his grip, control overturned, lost to the harsh summer winds.
![[Image: Bio-Entries.png]](https://i.postimg.cc/cJ7sFKmR/Bio-Entries.png)
Quickly, the collection of entries is taken back in hand.
"I'll talk to you later... Grandfather. I'm sorry."
Wordlessly the teenager collects his belongings, hood pulled over his messy hair, and then departs.

Hey guys, I'm back once again and I have different Sprites to show off and stuff to make!~
Blacksmith's Welder Armor (Armor)
Drill-Bit (Hard)
Husk (Hard)
Jester-Cloak (Normal)
Nature's Grips (Very Hard)

![[Image: QOdSzaG.png]](https://i.imgur.com/QOdSzaG.png)
Each category, ie: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Very Hard are priced differently due to Time associated, Complexity, and Frequency.
Easy: Simple concepts that can be done within and given to buyer within a few hours.
Normal: Concepts that are generally easy to understand and visualize, but take a bit longer to make then any easy sprite
Hard: Complex sprites that are purely unique to the person that order it, plus it take longer due to it being overly visual and special.
Very Hard: Extremely difficult sprites that take a very long time to make to properly transition to one's body, character, and style. Completely custom
Each one is priced accordingly:
Accessories: $2
Easy Sprites: $3
Normal Sprites: $8
Hard Sprites: $15
VH Sprites: $30

House Brienne
Quote:"Courageous, loyal, and righteous unto death."
- Aurele Brienne I, 469 AC
The noble family of Brienne is one of admirable warriors who, time and time again, have proved their steadfast loyalty to the Kingdom of Esshar and its Crown. Their known beginnings date back to the War of the Dragon, where they were among the first to meet the overly ambitious Kingdom of Sluthia's forces in combat. Members of the house, following their head of house, Aurele Brienne I, fought with fearlessness, tenacity, and effectiveness that riled up their allies and struck fear into the heart of their enemies. With energy and sword did they play a large role in pushing into the enemy's kingdom, before the eventual slaying of the draconic King Myndrerrag.
For their efforts in the war the house was granted the status of nobility and they rose in the ranks of the Order of The First Light, and since continued to prove themselves by their service in the prestigious army. Through the Bastard's Rebellion, the Conquest of Rhoynur, and more. Even in times of relative peace do they ready themselves to be the sword of the Kingdom.
In recent times the family has fallen from the height of renown they once knew but have been subject to some talk with the assassination of the Lord Armel Brienne and his wife Lady Ourania Brienne. They were survived by their only son and heir, Arrian Brienne, who took on the role of his late father. Some question whether he is ready to assume the title of Lord in his teenage years, but despite his youth he has the support of his relatives and is said by many to carry himself well. The house is resilient and will remain strong even in the face of adversity.

Quote:Among some trash and moldy books on a small, oak shelf within a humble home in Sudbury is a journal that's missing a corner. The damage appears to have been made by a dog or some animal that chewed it off, as can be discerned by the teeth marks up to the side. The pages within are of little importance, given the book itself, the building it rests in, and the one who lives within it are just as inconspicuous and mundane. And yet, as the boy learns to read and write, this blank tome is the only thing he can call all his own.

Old and young, rich and poor, all who are pious oft flock to the grand cathedral to bolster their faith. High from the pulpit does The Faith breach their holy word, enriching all who would hear with pious fables and lessons learned from the heavenly stars.
Sometimes, should the preacher see it fit, they may turn their lessons into commentary on Osrona as a whole--applying practicality to the lessons written within the holy text.
Below are a few of the recorded sermons, published by the church for all who would read.
On Occultism
Quote:Let it be known, again and again, that the stars hold no judgement about the content of one's character but the sheer purity of their soul. Though intertwined, they are not inexorably linked! The most righteous among us may find themselves to be crass--craven--and at times cruel, but such is not a concern to our heavenly hosts above should they stay strong upon the path of 'good' and abhor the evils of the world.
So, too, is it keen for us to observe that even the gentlest and kindest of magi that roam the land should be feared, not praised nor vindicated, should they begin to corrupt their very souls with foul arcane arts. Know that magic affects your very soul, and those who lack the touch of it do find yourselves blessed that you cannot be ever shunned by the stars.
Osrona restricts certain magic for good reason; for your protection! For the population as a whole, yes, but more importantly for the immortal soul of the individual! To dabble in magics such as the occult taints your very being! A faltering child, wounded by war, stumbles upon a shady figure in the dark who teaches him ways to avenge the loss of his family--are his intentions wrong? No! Virtue abounds his very being! He wishes to do what's right!
Yet it matters not, for the moment he drinks deep in the darkened cup of occultism does he so begin to undergo a change to his very being, a taint the stars exist to remove. We may pity the child, but we do not condone him. We can empathize, for he is a victim, but we cannot tolerate. We must register him, teach him, and watch him. For once he begins the terrible path there is no going back, and the further one falls into that well the blacker their core becomes.
The farther away from celestial salvation he wanders.
It is every man, woman and child's duty to be on the lookout for those who wield corrupt magics, for those who would tempt our most vulnerable into trading their very immortal essence through ignorance. We must stomp the blight out before it can take hold!
Reach out to those who seem vulnerable. Bring them back from the brink. If the source is poverty, work to give alms. If the source is sickness, seek aid for them. If the source is violence, direct them to a nobler path within our knights or city guard.
We must not hate them, for their reasons are oft good, and we can save them before they dive into the wretched abyss that is that occultic depth.
But we must not tolerate nor condone them should they take the plunge into that darkness.

Here are HTML tags and an example template to set up a presentable description.
PROFILE EXAMPLES: x
Basic Image:
Align Image: You have to use <center></center> for center alignment, as far as I've noticed.
Code: <img align="left/right" src="URL">
Space your text away from the image: X is the ammount of space between the image and the text, the larger the number, the more space you get.
Code: <img hspace=X src="URL">
Background Image: Generally, it'll make a mosaic out of the image. You can put an image of a specific pattern/color, and it'll set it up as a whole background, wow!
Code: <body background="URL">
Background Color: Replace FFFFFF with a hex color value.
Code: <body style=background-color:#FFFFFF>
Font Color: If you use an ugly color I'll ban you myself.
Code: <font color="#FFFFFF">TEXT</font>
Font Size: X is how much larger you want it, and can be negative if you want it smaller.
Code: <font size=+X>TEXT</font>
Font Face: Remember that only people who have said font installed will see it, so using fonts that don't come installed tends to be a bad idea.
Code: <font face="font here">TEXT</font>
You can combine all the font codes into a single code: Clarity is good!
Code: <font size="+2" color="#FFFFFF" face="fantasy">TEXT</font>
Blending in the edges of your playby: When you use a pic in your desc, you normally won't want it to just be stuck there, you want it to blend in seamlessly with the rest of the description, and for what, you can use this site! (if you have an adblock on, the site doesn't load btw). Get the color of your background in, and mess with the values until it looks good.
You can make something like this!
![[Image: iC8RoHO.png]](http://i.imgur.com/iC8RoHO.png)
Tuxpi has other effects that can look neat too, check them out if a vignette is not enough for you.
NOTE/TIP: The vignette, brush strokes, frame, and corner editor tools in tuxpi tend to be the most useful ones to get a picture to blend in well with the rest of the description. They are RECOMMENDED.
Getting a cool font for your name, or adding fancy ornaments to fill space in your description:
This sort of stuff!
The process is very simple, and it helps a lot in making a description feel cuter and more unique:
1) First, you'll want to download a neat font from dafont.com. There's plenty to choose, so with a bit of time, you'll definitely find one you like. While the font you use for text is up to you, I personally recommend this one for ornaments and stuff.
2) Next, you'll want to open paint (yes, basic, microsoft paint), and color the whole background the same color as your description. It's important that you make sure it is the SAME color, or otherwise it'll look bad.
![[Image: j6OYpg0.png]](https://i.imgur.com/j6OYpg0.png)
3) The new fancy font you installed earlier should be on the font list now, so pick it and make it the color of your description's text, or the one you want for your name/ornaments, and write down what you want.
Note: For ornanents, you'll want to experiment a bit. Every character in the keyboard is a different symbol, so it might take a while for you to pick one.
For example, using the font 'Arab Dances', I wrote my character's name:
![[Image: IYVryVp.png]](https://i.imgur.com/IYVryVp.png)
4) Once you're satisfied with how it looks, grab what you made, and get an image of it (a screenshot taken with gyazo or lightshot usually does, just make sure the link ends up in .jpg or another proper extension), and upload it onto your description as one, using the right code (<img src=url>).
If you've done everything properly, it should look along these lines:
![[Image: NKLxUFm.png]](https://i.imgur.com/NKLxUFm.png)
As you can see, here I did it twice! One for the name, another for the moon symbols at the end. As long as you find the right fonts, you can do pretty much anything with these.
Music:
Step 1: Find your profile music on YouTube, and convert it to an MP3 file. This can be done via a lot of websites, I personally use savemp3.net. Alternatively, just google "youtube m3 converter"
Step 2: Once downloaded, send it to yourself or a friend on Discord. (Just click and drag from your downloads folder.)
Step 3: Once on Discord, right click on the blue name of the MP3 file and press "Copy Link"
Step 4: Paste the address it gives you into the code in your desc:
Code:
Code: <embed src="link" width=0 height=0>

The Web Star
Araneus has been known to the local populations since even before astronomy began in the peninsula - early pagan populations and Astyan colonists somehow knowing about the Web Star despite its low brightness and their inability to actually see it. It's positioned somewhat above and quite far behind the Lion, essentially overlooking the noble stars from a far distant vantage point -- and somehow, imperceptibly affecting them.
Though Araneus and the Web Star itself are well known (especially in astronomy- it has an unusually striated brightness pattern), what is far less known is that it is not, in fact, a true star at all, but the stellar home of Ariachne, the Abyssal Lord of Fate.
Ariachne, Weaver of Fates, Spinner of Destinies
The Weaver is a massive Abyssal Lord who resides in the very center of the Web Star, using it as a distant lair. Though early on mainly Kraus was the guiding force of the fates of lands and mortals, an Abyssal One from the early days of Eternia's creation had nested itself in the distant Web Star, slowly spinning the invisible webs of fate that would one day affect all things. The Weaver is primarily concerned with ensuring every timeline goes as it's supposed to-- there's just that tricky, unfortunate issue of free will...
Once, long ago, Ariachne was worshipped as a Divine bringer of luck and fortune-- either the bringer of success or ruin. A simple peasant boy could become a great and relevant hero, through the single plucking of a web-string. The very future itself could be read on the edge of a spiderweb by the acolyes of the Weaver.
Such worshippers are, however, long gone -- all of them exterminated during the Witch Trials, and driven out over many centuries. Hated and feared, the memories of their terrible misuses of magic have remained long after their temples have turned to dust.
Regardless of Ariachne's apparent disregard for the specific workings of mortals, in Esshar it is an act punishable by death to knowingly worship the Weaver (and most citizens would not know about it anyway). Any knowledge related to Ariachne is strictly controlled by the Academy and the Church, and purely for research or historical purposes.
Knowledge of the Web Star itself is common, though nobody worships it or claims any kind of power from it (at least not openly).

Quote:"All knowledge hurts."
Name: Claude Vey Pelleaux Sex: Male Age: 19 Height: 5' 10" Weight: 188lbs
Scattered about a cloistered study are those things which signify a man of thought. From the ceiling orreries of various styling hang, charting the cosmos in brass detail. Each wall is lined with shelves, neatly organized tomes detailing subjects ranging from War of the Dragon to Currency Through the Ages. A collection of mirrors and lens decorate those parts of the wall not covered in shelves. Stacks of papers and books cover the floor haphazardly leaning to and fro as if tempting fate to topple them, anything from trashy coin novels, to student reports, to detailed theorems on migration patterns in the Essharian Swallow.
One's eyes can't help but be drawn to an ostentatious painting set above the central desk of the room. In it a trio appears each dressed to impress in their own ways. Within the picture one's gaze is drawn to a blue-haired man whose angular features were split by a wide smile. Dressed in what would be considered over-doing it even among the nobility, yet clear was the signature star of the Pelleaux upon his hand. Next one's gaze shifts to the woman said hand was wrapped around. A head of scarlet sits in contrast to the man's own azure hues, just as contrasting is the stern expression upon her face. Wearing the formal uniform of those Knights within the Order of the First Light. From there one's gaze only has to travel downwards to the child with indigo locks between them. Dressed in what appeared to be a stylized version of the woman's outfit the child smiles awkwardly.
Below the painting rested the center-piece of the room. A mighty work desk fashioned of sturdy mahogany carefully sculpted to mimic a lion resting over it's pride. Feet stylized to appear like claws, the trim vibrant so as to invoke imagery of a mane, upon the front like a chest puffed in pride was displayed the herald of the Pelleaux. As one approached they'd notice letters strewn about the desk. The first was a letter, a recently broken seal of the Imperial Academy upon it, half opened one could make out the words "Honored to welcome to our esteemed faculty." Before what is visible fades. More letters litter the top of the desk each bearing the seal of the Order and dated, the date's and city of origin seem to start with 1647 in Nuburg and end abruptly at 1650 in Hessalia.
Finally that searching gaze shifts in exploration of the room towards a tall mirror. Gazing back from the reflection is a man dressed in what could be a military uniform, stylized to accentuate the deep wells of silver that peer from a mane of indigo. A self-assured smirk curls at the corner of his lips as he glanced downwards to the signet ring marking him a member of the Fraternity. The reflection would be brief, as its owner settled behind that great desk of mahogany. Calmly retrieving quill, ink, and parchment.

Authors Note: Just some small flavour for coins in Esshar, and whatnot.
- Essharan currency was intially made of electrum, stamped with the portrait of the King or Queen in power and the year when they were minted. The electrum carried a very small magical signature due to the runework on the mint -a particular runic sequence that is a heavily guarded state secret- which serves as a simple way of identifying counterfeits. Whilst originally there was only one value for the currency, that being One, the increasing wealth of merchants and nobles led to King Mikhail III decreeing the production of three more coins holding differing value; the Silver, Gold and Adamantine coins. A silver coin is worth five electrums, a gold ten, and an adamantine one hundred.
- Common slang is to refer to a coin as the name -or a abbreviation- of the current ruling monarch. For example, under Queen Ariadni II Petrakis, they're commonly referred to as 'Aris' or 'Arias'. Officially, however, they are known broadly as 'Crowns', with the material of the coin added to the term to correlate to their value. Ie, an Electrum Crown, a Silver Crown, a Gold Crown, or and Adamantine Crown.
- Most of the Kingdom's currency is minted in the fortified Noble District of Nuburg, but a backup Mint was installed at the Constellus Fortress -a heavily garrisoned First Light Stronghold- in 693 AC, after Eros Petrakis' rebels captured Nuburg, an act that could have seriously destabilised the longterm Essharan economy. As it was, inflation became a serious problem during the early reign of Queen Sibylla I due to Eros' habit of simply creating more money when funding for his campaign began to run low. This issue persisted throughout most of the 700s, and began to be alleviated only when Sibylla declared any currency bearing Eros' face to be valueless in 708 AC, a drastic action that -although positive in the long run- caused an economic depression, and was a significant factor in the discontent of the first few decades of the 8th century as people were essentially told their life savings no longer held value.
- Despite their economic worthlessness, so few coins marked with Eros' likeness now exist that they are valuable collectors items, especially those minted in 694 AC. It is considered to be in some degree of poor taste to personally own such collections, but the Museum of Essharan History in Nuburg has one of the most complete in the Kingdom.
Rare Coins
There are several varieties of coins that are valued as collectors items, other than those mentioned above. Of particular note are:- Coins minted in 1000 AC; these broke the pre-established mold by being minted with the image of the Nuburg arena. They're commemorative coins, made to celebrate the Grand Games that occurred during the year.
- Foreign currency is valued by collectors, despite their worthlessness in Esshar. Of particular value are pre-Azraelite Empire Valmasian coins. These are usually dug out of shipwrecks around the Valmasian coast, although some have made their way to Esshar over the last few centuries.
- Coins minted during the one year reigns of Alexios II and Helen III -although still holding value as actual currency- are valued due to their rarity.
- Astyan coins. These bear the visage of an Archmage, and are extremely rare. These coins are actually made of arcanium, which is believed to be partly to blame for their rarity -early Essharans are believed to have melted them en mass to create weapons and armour.

Sellsword Coalition
"We will live by the Gold and die by the Silver, Life brings pleasure, Death brings glory!"
History
Quote:The Sellsword Coalition is a band of mercenaries who lays themselves among the occupants of the Slums just outside of the main city of Esshar serving those who are in need of mercenary services whether they are of the government or civilians who are in need of extra men for proper security of their own property.
However, even as someone whom the city depends on to hire, they’re also those who are capable of performing dirty deeds for those who wants to keep themselves clean, regardless who their clients are, it can be from the government and it can be those from the criminal organizations.
Despite all this, due to the acceptance in requests of both sides of the good and evil, they have their own quarrels at times causing them to have a huge risk of separating into branches.
