Describe the issue: Alchemy eyes are not working.

Please god, give it its stun back (it was pretty short duration). Currently its one of the more short-range homings in the game, and trying to land it just gets you punished more often than not.

Describe the issue: Only one Custom Prop can occupy a tile at a time. Meaning if you create an overlaying sprite then nothing can go under it. I believe allowing multiple to occupy the same spot is mandatory given the system, it would possibly also help 'patch' the ghost tile issue. (Where you cannot place a custom sprite on a tile despite it being empty. The game must think one is still there.)
How to reproduce: Try placing two different custom sprites on a tile.
